Question 1

Is the quote really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and there is no obligation. We can quote following a site visit or by reviewing photographs you send us, and the price is confirmed before any work begins.

Question 2

What information do you need from me?

Accepted Answer

Your name, phone number and the property postcode, the type of clearance you need, and a short description or a few photographs of the rooms involved.

Question 3

How soon will you get back to me?

Accepted Answer

We aim to reply the same working day. If the clearance is urgent — a completion date or a tenancy ending — ringing us is always quicker than the form.

Question 4

How quickly can a clearance be booked in?

Accepted Answer

In many cases within a few days of your enquiry. Smaller clearances may take only a few hours on the day; larger or heavily cluttered properties need more time and are scheduled accordingly.

Question 5

Do I need to be at the property on the day?

Accepted Answer

Not always. Many clients give us access and instructions beforehand, and we complete the clearance independently and update you once it is finished.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due once the clearance is complete and you are happy with the property. We accept bank transfer or cash.

Question 7

What happens to the details I submit?

Accepted Answer

They are used only to contact you about your enquiry and are never sold or passed on for marketing. Our privacy policy sets out how enquiries are stored and for how long.
