Lee was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Having a loved one's house cleared isn't the nicest of obligations, but Lee works really hard to help in any way he can. He was flexible, kind, sensitive and thoroughly professional. I can't recommend him highly enough. An excellent service.
Lee and his team have just finished and did a fantastic job. I have no complaints and the price for what was required (garden,house,loft) was very good. They arrived on time and I left the house open to them whilst I went to work. Upon my return everything was cleared. I was kept contact with on issues or enquiries throughout the works. Will definitely use again if I require work after the renovation or in the future and will be refering them to anyone who is looking for a clearance company.Cheers Lee
Why word of mouth matters to us
We are a small family-run firm, not a national franchise, so we cannot hide behind a brand. If we leave a property messy, turn up late or add charges at the end of a job, the person we let down lives three streets from our next customer. That keeps us honest.
The comments that come up most often are the ones we care about: responding quickly, coming out to measure up the same day, being fairly priced, explaining what needs doing and why, and leaving the property tidy. Many of our customers come to us during difficult times, such as probate or moving home. We pride ourselves on being sensitive, efficient and clearing even the most challenging properties with care.
