We were asked to clear a four-storey Victorian terrace in Brighton & Hove.
Narrow stairs and a busy street meant careful planning: we booked a suspended bay, protected the banisters and carried everything down by hand.
Everything was sorted on site: anything reusable was passed on for reuse or donation, recyclable material was separated, and only what was left went for licensed disposal. The property was left swept and tidy.
